Lumivant provides AI consulting, custom AI workflow development, AI-powered application development, and social media content systems for small businesses and individuals.

Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are defined in individual proposals shared before work begins. Both parties must agree to the proposal before a project starts.

Prices listed on our website represent starting rates. Final pricing is confirmed in your project proposal. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and milestone payments, are outlined in each proposal.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing on our website at any time, but agreed-upon project pricing will not change mid-project.

Upon full payment, you own the custom work we build for you — code, workflows, configurations, and documentation. We retain the right to use general techniques, methodologies, and non-proprietary components in future projects.

We may reference completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Revision rounds and post-launch support are defined by your pricing tier and project proposal. Additional revisions or support beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which we'll discuss with you before proceeding.

You agree to provide timely access to tools, accounts, and information required for the project. Delays in providing necessary access or feedback may affect project timelines.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for ensuring you have the right to share any data, content, or credentials with us.

Our services are provided as-is. While we strive for quality and reliability, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue increases, time savings, etc.). Results shared in case studies and testimonials reflect individual client experiences.

Lumivant's total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project in question.

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate, you are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work upon final payment.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
